Sometimes your bluetooth connection is not strong enough, which can happen for many reasons.


Assuming your device is fully charged,  what I'd like you to try first is a reset on the device:


1. Plug the earphones into charge using the USB cable. You will see the indicator light is red.
2. Long press the power button when earphone is charging until you see there is blue light flashing 
3. Unplug the headphones, and remove the pairing name from your phone. Then try an repair from scratch.
